Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation/Late Policy:**
Hello Beautiful Clients!
We understand that life can sometimes get a little crazy, and you may need to reschedule your hair appointment. Here's our cancellation and late policy to keep things running smoothly:
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment. We totally understand if you need to reschedule your hair date. Just let us know in advance, and we'll work our magic to find a new time that works for you. Any cancellations within this timeframe will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
We get it – sometimes traffic, unexpected llama sightings, or a particularly engaging novel can delay your arrival. That's why we offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After the 10-minute grace period a 10% late fee will incur. However, if you're fashionably late beyond 20 minutes, your appointment will be sadly canceled, and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. If there is a no call/no show and you ghost us sadly we will have to charge 100% of the service price.
